Email support@nathansheldon.com. In the app, Help › Contact Support… starts the email with the app's version and your macOS version already filled in.

What to include

A problem is much quicker to solve with:

• the app's version (V-Synth Patch Composer › About V-Synth Patch Composer) and your macOS version;
• your V-Synth model and its system version, and the MIDI interface you use;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, including the exact words of any message;
• for a MIDI problem, the lines from the MIDI Monitor (Window › MIDI Monitor): select them and press ⌘C, then paste them into the email;
• for an Auto Compose problem, the server and model you use. Please do not send your API key.
